Beachley jewellery is designed, manufactured, and distributed by BICO Australia Pty Limited.
Our online shop is based in Australia. All payment transactions are in Australian Dollars. For your convenience a currency selection is available on the site to assist you. For all enquiries please contact customer service at

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. You will be contacted within 2 working days should any problem arise regarding your order otherwise all orders will be shipped within 2 working days of payment. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
Our products are proudly shipped by Australian Post. Standard delivery within Australia is 1 to 5 days. Express post within Australia is 1 working day.

International:  Airmail standard delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. Delivery time in the destination country (not counting Australia and NZ) can vary and delays may occur past the allotted 10 working days. By working days we mean Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. For the most part we have had no problems with most countries. Alternatively, International customers may choose Express Courier International. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days depending on customs in the destination country. This service includes a tracking number and is the most secure way to send your order.

Packaging
Products are shipped inside protective packaging that will ensure safe shipping.

Online Return and Exchange Policy
BICO will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service to inquire.

BICO will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.

 1. You must notify BICO of the fault within 60 days of receiving the items
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by BICO customer service to do so. 
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from BICO.

4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was being used to make the original purchase. Refunds can   be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by BICO. 
5. Please note: only items purchased through our online store can be returned through our online store.
6. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing or transit damage will be considered.
7. We will need you to pay the return post to us. This will be refunded should your return request be accepted.

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy. BICO Australia Pty Limited will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

When does BICO Australia Pty Limited disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

BICO Australia Pty Limited may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of BICO Australia Pty Limited, our users, or others.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

How does BICO Australia Pty Limited protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details: All credit card payments are processed securely through the SecurePay and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. All Credit Card transactions are processed through SecurePays 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. BICO Australia Pty Limited does not store any credit card information on our servers.
